Our City Center spot is on Jodenbreestraat — two minutes' walk from the Waterlooplein flea market and Rembrandt House. The vibe inside is warm, plant-filled and unmistakably hip-hop: throwback tracks all morning and generous hospitality.
We serve sugar-free pancakes, made with organic wholegrain wheat flour and organic buttermilk, drizzled with organic Canadian maple syrup from New Brunswick & Nova Scotia. Sourdough toasts come from Louf bakery. Our saffron pistachio ice cream is a secret recipe. Sweet, savoury, vegan-friendly and halal options — we've got you.

Weekends — especially Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 and 13:00 — are the busiest. Expect to wait 20–45 minutes during peak times. Weekday mornings before 10:00 and after 13:30 are calmer.

Plenty of menu items are kid-friendly even though there's no separate kids menu. Sweet pancakes like The Blue Magic (blueberry sauce, maple syrup) and the Blue Magic Deluxe (with banana and strawberries) are family favourites.
