MOAK Pancakes — sugar-free pancakes with organic Canadian maple syrup, Amsterdam

Pancakes in Amsterdam — the MOAK Pancakes way

Looking for pancakes in Amsterdam? At MOAK Pancakes we make them our way: 100% sugar-free, generously stacked, and built around real ingredients. Three central locations, open every day, walk in whenever — here's everything that makes a MOAK morning worth it.

In this guide

What makes our pancakes special

Every MOAK pancake batter is 100% sugar-free, made with organic wholegrain wheat flour and organic buttermilk — so the pancake itself is wholesome and the sweetness comes from what goes on top. Most often that's our 100% organic Canadian maple syrup from New Brunswick & Nova Scotia.

The sourdough for our toasts comes from Louf bakery, and the saffron-pistachio ice cream in dishes like the Blue Magic Deluxe and Ice Ice Baby is our own secret recipe. It means you can have a generous stack and still feel good walking out. See it all on the MOAK menu.

The MOAK experience

MOAK is bright, plant-filled and unmistakably hip-hop — throwback tracks all morning, generous hospitality, and a relaxed walk-in vibe. We're open every day from 08:30 to 15:30, and across our locations we're rated 4.7★ from 16,000+ Google reviews. No booking, no fuss — just come by and we'll get you seated.

The Golddigger

Want a showstopper? The Golddigger arrives with 22-karat gold leaf, Ruby chocolate and a glass of Luc Belaire Rosé, served on a Versace plate — limited to one per hour, and named the most expensive pancake in the Netherlands by Misset Horeca. It's the MOAK sense of fun on a plate.
